when the mind is unclear and you hit your bottom. Things becomes foggy.
you feel to do what you like, so you engage in your addiction. lets say alcohol or smoking or Watching P.
Immediately tou will feel happy that you acheived something. Even the mind takes it as a reward.
later the next day you will realize that i should have avoided it.
Lets take a case of Watching P.
Before you watch : you mind will keep on pinging to remember something from the scene you watched at some point of time.
When you watch : you become eager and concentration on that increases rapidly
Here you need to realize that it was all inside you, The concentration and the energy. Only your mind was blocking it.
so your mind was fooling you and the body accepted what the mind said.
The main thing to note : when it was all inside you, You need to fool your mind on the reward.
Think that after doing this work, I will not work for 2 days.
You will have the same energy flowing all over the body, When you finally complete the work the mind will reward you by making your body excited.
So its all about your thoughts that you allow in your mind.
